Startup Funding News India: Observe.ai Receives $8 Millions funds
Observe.ai, an Indian-American based startup that provides services related to information technology, has a while ago made the announcement about the attainment of $8 million funds from Nexus Venture Partners in collaboration with MGV, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Hack VC. Existing investors Emergent Ventures and Y Combinator.
Founded by a trio namely Akash Singh, Sharath Keshava and Swapnil Jain in the month of May last year ( 2017 ), the startup claims to be empowering call center workers.
Akash Singh, one of the startup founders, said in a statement issued to media outlets, that call center agents no longer need to put a customer on hold. We have designed and developed a product called “Agent Assist” that will help them resolve customer complaints without any help from seniors.
The AI platform generates best suggestions for the agents after listening and understanding the context of customers on a real-time basis, reads the LinkedIn page of Observe.ai.
An initiative like Observe.ai is a great move towards helping call agents provide delightful solutions to customers while on call and will lead to great performance improvement in call centers and eventually to the business organizations.
In another startup funding related news, it is learned that India Accelerator, a startup incubation platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of investment from Investmind Solutions and HotStart Ventures investing firms.
